For couples
Is ShaadiGhar free for couples?
Yes. Creating an account, searching vendors, messaging them and using the planning tools — checklist, guest list, budget and wedding website — are free.
How do I contact a vendor?
Open the vendor's profile from the vendor directory, log in and send an inquiry. When the vendor replies, you will be notified and the conversation appears in Messages on your dashboard.
What is Broadcast to Vendors?
Post what you need once: the vendor category, your city and a short description, plus your date and budget if you have them. Our team reviews each request before it goes out, then matching vendors in that category and city can respond with proposals and quotes, so you don't have to contact each one. Requests stay open for up to 30 days.
How do I make a wedding website?
Go to Wedding Websites, pick a template, add your details and switch on Published to share it. You can add a password to keep it private.
Where do I find my checklist, guest list and budget?
They are all in your planning dashboard after you log in.
For vendors
How do I list my business?
Sign up as a vendor via List your business and verify your email. Our team then reviews your account. Once it is approved, your profile goes live in the vendor directory and you can log in to your vendor dashboard.

What are open leads?
When a couple sends a Broadcast to Vendors request and our team approves it, vendors in the matching category and city see it as an open lead in their dashboard and can respond with a proposal and quote. How many leads you can respond to each month depends on your plan — see the Advertising page.
What does the Verified badge mean?
It means our team has reviewed and approved the business. Vendors are normally verified when their listing is approved. If your approved profile does not show the badge, email hello@shaadighar.pk.
How are Couples' Choice winners chosen?
Couples' Choice recognises vendors who are consistently top-rated by couples. A vendor's profile shows the Couples' Choice badge once its ratings reach our threshold, and a quarterly lineup of Couples' Choice vendors is featured on the homepage.

Select Forgot password on the login page and enter your email. If it is registered, we will email you a reset link that works for one hour.
How do I keep my wedding website private?
Add a password in your wedding website settings. Guests will need it to view your site.
